    • Supporting the digital transformation of the company and supports Sally with QC.

    Outside of work:
    Tegan is an avid runner and enjoys the gym. She also enjoys country walks, crocheting and like Sally, she liked to utilise her Chemistry skills by baking sweet treats and often bringing them in to work!

    Favourite product: S-2300E as it has a 1:1 mix ratio, has a nice consistency and isn’t too sticky when doing quality control.

    Day-to-day responsibilities:
    • Project managing the KTP to develop debondable adhesive formulations suitable for a range of industries
    • Collaborating extensively with the university to conduct advanced testing and trials of novel innovations (debondable composites – we’re looking at you!)
    • Extensive networking to understand partnership opportunities with other SMEs
    • Being an active STEM ambassador to inspire young women into Chemistry

    Outside of work:
    Morgan is currently busy planning her wedding and trying to decorate her new house. She enjoys cooking and a nice glass of wine in her spare time.

    Jade began her journey with Structural Adhesives Ltd in 2018 as an assistant chemist and has since advanced to the role of research chemist. Throughout her time at the company her most notable developments have been the A2 Major Fire-Rated Epoxy Adhesive (S-2830FRE) and S-2831E, a potting compound with reduced health hazards. Her current research focuses on sustainability—integrating biobased materials, reclaimed waste, and designing products for recyclability. Jade also collaborates on research projects with clients and academic partners. Passionate about promoting careers in STEM, particularly to young girls, she actively volunteers as a STEM ambassador.

    Day-to-day responsibilities:
    • Leads our all-female R&D team
    • Heads up our QC department ensuring top-notch standards
    • Innovates solutions for current and future clients
    • Also… the IT department, occasional fork-lift driver, engineering department and general problem solver

    Outside of work:
    Sally can usually be found at her beloved allotment or in her kitchen identifying new produce to ferment or pickle. She also finds way to utilise her chemistry skills outside of work by baking breads; which go down very well in the technical office!
